Mediation Skills Training
Target Group:
All staff responsible for managing difference and resolving disputes on a one to one basis. This course is designed to equip and empower the delegate with a structured mediation process as well as with the actual skills needed to be a mediator.
Aims:
- To compare and contrast mediation with other forms of dispute resolution
- To appreciate the necessary skills and qualities required of a mediator
- To consider the structure and context of the mediation process
