"Kaye took the time to really understand our concerns as the employer, as well as working completely objectively with those staff directly involved in the mediation process. Her wide range of professional skills, not just those developed as a professional Mediator, clearly contributed to the successful resolution of a difficult situation. Kaye’s genuine desire and commitment to achieving a successful outcome means we now have an effective, fully functioning team"

"Kaye's ability as a trainer is excellent. Feedback from all the courses she delivers is always positive in terms of Kaye's skill and expertise."

(Senior HR Consultant)

"Work-related stress is often regarded as a difficult issue to address. Reasons for this include being too big and difficult with the resources available. However, starting with training gives everyone a good platform to begin thinking about and managing stress just like any other health and safety issue. I chose Kaye to train managers at Archant to understand the causes, signs, symptoms and preventive measures for work related stress. Selecting a trainer with the knowledge and experience in the subject and the ability to engage with managers across a broad range of disciplines was essential. Kaye has risen to the challenge and I am delighted with the positive feedback from the training sessions."

Lester Marshall, Health and Safety Manager, Archant Limited

"Through Kaye's coaching I have identified, challenged and changed patterns which were debilitating. Coaching has made me more aware, and I'm now confident in the possibility of positive personal development."

"Kaye has an excellent approach and delivers well structured, superbly delivered and very effective courses. She is extremely flexible and tailor makes courses to fit the requirements of staff. Kaye uses real life examples, is able to inject humour where appropriate and enables people to keep focused. This really helps staff to relate the theory to practice when they are back in their workplace. I would highly recommend her knowledge, style, technique and reliability."
